Indications:
Cardiac disease (valvular dz, CHF, hypertrophy cardiomyopathy, dilated cardiomyopathy).
Dose:
1 capsule per 10-20 pounds twice daily, depending on the severity, titrated to effect.

Monitoring:
By physical examination, laboratory testing, radiographs and or sonogram.
Contraindications:
Do not use in animals who are sensitive to any ingredients. There is no contraindication known in conjunction with conventional drugs.
Prescribing Information:
Product can be used alone or combined with conventional drugs in a relative low dosage. One can taper down or even wean off the conventional drugs if the patient is already on the conventional medicine. Make sure the patient is seizure free for at least three months before attempt wean medications. Toxicity & reactions are extremely rare. In some May be combined with ACE inhibitors, nutraceuticals such as coenzyme Q10 and cardiac glycosides as needed. Toxicity & reactions are extremely rare. In some extreme cases, herbal supplements may cause vomiting & diarrhea in the first 24-48 hours. Symptoms stop as soon as the herbal supplements discontinued.
